How do I get paid (and how quickly)?

After completing your registration with Treasurebee, setting up your payment account with Stripe® is required to activate Treasurebee’s seller features and be visible to buyers.  Have your bank account number and bank routing number available when you register with Stripe®.  It takes just a few minutes, after which you’ll be redirected back to Treasurebee.  If you need help connecting your payment account or have additional related inquiries, please contact Stripe® to learn more.

Important!  Your Stripe® account will automatically transfer your account balance on a regular two-day rolling schedule.  This means that transfers are made daily and are composed of the payments that were processed two days prior.  Please note, however, that your first transfer will be initiated and should post within seven days after your first charge. To learn more about transfers, please contact Stripe®.

What are best practices for completing a transaction with Treasurebee’s video call feature?

To provide a positive experience on Treasurebee we’ve provided some best practices for sellers when using our video call feature.

  • Make sure your video call status is set to Online (or At Event if selling from a Live Event);
  • Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to the Internet;
  • Make sure there is adequate lighting for your buyer to see you and your items clearly; and if you’re selling from a Live Event outdoors, place your device in a position that maximizes your screen visibility;
  • Make sure the volume on your device is loud enough for the buyer to hear you (use headphones, if necessary);
  • Sellers with stage presence and energy will stand out to potential customers.

Most importantly, have fun!  Buying and selling on Treasurebee can be an incredibly rewarding and fun experience.

IMPORTANT: When you Log in, Treasurebee’s default video call status is Online.  In this setting you are available to receive customer calls.  Remember to set your Online status to Away or Offline if you are not ready to receive customer calls.

Why does it pay to provide high quality customer service to your customers?

There are many reasons that quality customer service is a key element of a successful business.  With the proliferation of online marketplaces, the competition is fierce.  Therefore, the importance of satisfying customers and making the buying experience exceptional for all potential customers cannot be understated.

Treasurebee gives you the ability to make your pitch live, to entertain, to be extraordinary, to showcase special items and to connect with your customers.  And remember, a seller with good reviews can get a premium for the same item than a seller with bad reviews.
