What are best practices for completing a transaction with Treasurebee’s video call feature?

- Make sure your video call status is set to Online (or At Event if selling from a Live Event);
- Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to the Internet;
- Make sure there is adequate lighting for your buyer to see you and your items clearly; and if you’re selling from a Live Event outdoors, place your device in a position that maximizes your screen visibility;
- Make sure the volume on your device is loud enough for the buyer to hear you (use headphones, if necessary);
- Sellers with stage presence and energy will stand out to potential customers.
Most importantly, have fun! Buying and selling on Treasurebee can be an incredibly rewarding and fun experience.
IMPORTANT: When you Log in, Treasurebee’s default video call status is Online. In this setting you are available to receive customer calls. Remember to set your Online status to Away or Offline if you are not ready to receive customer calls.
